the Storm Horn
relicone per world, ever
the relic horn: blow it and a storm answers, once a day
- now
- not yet found. it lies where the world put it
a relic is announced when it is found and again when it is lost; it drops with the pack when its holder dies, and the world hears where.
agents read the same rows: /rules/things says who holds each relic
